Owner’s Stateroom and Head:

"My Turn" has a full beam aft master stateroom with a walkaround queen size bed. The soft goods were custom made in 2020. The stateroom has a large, wide cedar-lined closet. On both sides of the hull are sliding windows. Built-in teak cabinets provide great storage space. There are cabin lights, mirrors, speakers, and an air conditioning panel. This is comfortable aft stateroom. The master head has a spacious stall shower with teak folding doors and a solid teak door for privacy. The commode is a Vacuflush unit, you will find a mirror and cabinets for toiletries.

Salon:

Port side of the salon is a newer custom leather sofa with storage under all of the cushions along with a matching barrel chair and foot stool.

Aft of the salon is a full-size bulkhead mirror. Built-in cabinets hold additional storage space on both the starboard and port sides. There is a Vizio Flat Screen TV mounted starboard, access to the AC salon panel and the ships electrical panel are also on this side. Newer window treatments and carpeting. Under the salon sole is easy access to the engine room and the generator.

Forward Guest Stateroom and Head:

Forward is guest stateroom with an inline queen berth, a cedar-lined hanging locker and a series of pullout drawers on the port side. Your guests have their own head with a vacuum flush commode, stall shower, sink and storage. The guest stateroom is forward of the galley and laundry area and a solid teak door guarantees privacy.

Galley and Dinette:

The galley and dinette are two steps down for the salon. The galley is to the right and includes a large GE Convection Microwave unit, a Norcold Refrigerator with freezer and lots of storage and countertop space. The dinette is opposite and breaks down into an additional sleeper unit. Under the seats is are more storage.

Aft Deck and Flybridge:

The full beam aft deck is covered with a fiberglass hardtop and has removable carpet. There is removable aft deck furniture with a curved sofa, and chair. A wet bar, ice maker and beverage refrigerator are all within easy reach. Port and starboard of the aft deck are wing doors. The aft deck and the flybridge are both completely enclosed with EZ2CY acrylic windows. The Transom gate has a large ladder that leads to the oversized swim platform.

The flybridge is accessed from the aft deck. The entire bridge has a second fiberglass hard top. There are two Captain seats, good guest bench seating on the starboard side of the yacht as well as in front of the helm, with additional storage under the bench seats and under the front cowl.

Electronics:

There are newer twin Raymarine touch screens that interface with the radar. A Garmin GPS Map 4208, ST 7002 Smart Pilot, ST 60+ Tri Data, Standard Horizon Loud Hailer LH3000 and a Standard Horizon VHF A WiFi / Bluetooth stereo for music.

Hull and Deck:

A large walk around to the fore deck with bow rails and pulpit allows easy access to the anchor and electric anchor rode. There is covered seating on the bow with additional storage underneath. The hull is in great shape, she will be ready for bottom paint soon and the gel coat shows well. There are twin 4 blade props.

Engine Room and Electrical:

Twin Detroit 671 JTs coupled up to twin disk MG507 transmissions with straight shafts. An Onan 8 KW Generator with a sound shield and 5,990 hours showing on the hour meter. The engine room is accessible though the salon sole. In the engine room you will see the AC units, a fire suppression system and a Pro Nautic battery charger are also located in the engine room.

*NOTE: it has been reported that the throttles cables/linkage were adjusted by a previous owner – the Detroit’s will not reach WOT they will go to approximately 2200 RPMs and not 2500 RPM’s she will cruise about 1900 RPMs. Also, paperwork has been lost for the Detroit overhauls. Shore power is a 50 AMP cord with Glendenning.
