Triton uses no wood in the 351, relying instead on composite unibody construction with hand-laid-up hull and foam-filled stringers.Triton uses AME 1000 resin and a TriCore composite transom, and the boat has full foam flotation. In addition, Triton installs quality hardware such as stainless-steel thru-hulls, stainless recessed handrails and six thru-bolted stainless pop-up cleats. 

Tackle drawers on either side of the leaning post provide good storage for your loose gear. You can store four rods vertically beneath the console, and 4 more under the raised forward passenger seating. 6 rods are kept under gunnel. There is a 4 place rocket launcher that sits on the aft edge of the transom as well as a 4 place rocket launcher on the hardtop, 4 rods are kept behind the helm seat, as well as 8 gunnel mounted rod holders.

There is a transom fishbox and a live well with two removable tuna tubes aft. Another live well is in the leaning post.

Forward of the console, a second fish box beneath the deck provides an additional 125 gallons of storage, and it also drains through a macerator. Another subdeck hatch aft of the fishbox opens to provide access to the boat’s holding and freshwater tanks, plus it holds two bucket recesses.There is an insulated cooler with cushioned seat built into the forward console, and a portable cooler with seat cushion.forward of that.
