Knot Quitters is a beautifully maintained and very nicely updated pilothouse trawler with all the exceptional accommodations and quality craftsmanship expected from the Symbol brand. Her two stateroom, two head configuration makes it very comfortable for owner and guest to enjoy cruising on board for extended periods of time. Additional accommodations for up to three or four more guests can be found in the settee in the pilothouse and on the settee in the salon, both can be converted to additional berths. Her semi-displacement hull and single 450 HP Caterpillar C7 diesel main engine will comfortably cruise her at 8 knots with a maximum speed of 12 knots. A Northern Lights 12.5 KW generator, an 8 panel, 1,000-watt solar panel array on the Flybridge hardtop and 12 Lithium batteries (1,440-amp hours) provide more than adequate underway and at anchor power for the boat. Additional features like the Yanmar 55 HP Get-Home diesel engine, 50 gallon per hour water maker and washer/dryer make this boat very comfortable for long periods offshore or in the islands.
