This 1998 48' Ocean Yachts Super Sport has mainly been in Freshwater since new! The second Gen Hull 48SS has an unusually wide 16' beam, Sharper entry and higher degree of dead rise than her predecessor. The new hull is very sea-kindly and has a fast 28 knot Cruise speed with the Caterpillar 660Hp engines, 850 original hours.
Inside, the plush decor is very impressive. Elegant, yet neutral-colored fabrics will ensure style and elegance for years to come. The spacious 2 stateroom floor plan is comparable to one that would be found on a larger yacht. The large salon with a huge sofa that offers storage and a queen pull out bed, entertainment system, high low tables and a wet bar. Three steps down is the spacious galley, Corian countertops, cook top, new refrigerator/freezer and in an adjacent closet to starboard is a washer/dryer. Large master stateroom to port with private head with stall shower. Moving forward to starboard is the guest head with Stahl shower. The forward guest stateroom features a center island queen berth, cedar lined hanging lockers and a separate private entrance to the head. The bridge is well equipped with Garmin and Raymarine electronics, Ample seating for family and friends, the upholstery is all new and a drink refrigerator. Finally, this 48' Ocean has been Captain maintained with extensive records, never been fished, She has spent most or her time in freshwater. She has been very well maintained by her knowledgeable owner.

The Web Surfer has had two owners, originally commissioned in Sandusky, Ohio and brought to Florida in 2013 by the Current Owner. Boat had 300 Original hours when purchased in 2012. The mains currently have 850 hours on twin Caterpillar 3196 660 HP diesel engines. The boat was relocated back to Erie, PA in 2021.
The Web Surfer has always been captained maintained for most of current ownership. The captain physically inspected the boat every other week, turning every motor, switch, electrical, a/c and every function of the boat on, tested, logged the results and sent owner a 4 -7 page report each inspection. The records of these inspections and services are documented in a logbook maintained by captain and the owner. The vessel was always maintained with open check book if any inspection discovered any issue, light bulb, filter cleaning, whatever was discovered, it was immediately corrected. The boat was washed and waxed every month.
