This Mariner Yachts International Seville Express 35 combines classic Downeast styling with modern design touches for an updated look. SEQUEL is a versatile boat that can be tailored to suit the owner's preferences. Outfitted for fishing, long distance or short term cruising or entertaining, the Mariner 35 Express is a perfect cruiser. The cockpit leads to the pilothouse with its convertible dinette to port and a wet bar on the starboard side. Handcrafted joinery below matches the solid teak, louvered doors, and holly sole. Accommodations:

You can enter the cockpit by way of the swim platform and transom door or from the wide side decks and down two built-in steps into the cockpit. The cockpit has an overhead Dark Blue Sunbrella bimini to help with rain and sun exposure. The cockpit is large and offers an excellent place to relax, entertain or even fish. There is a cockpit shower with hot and cold water. Facing aft and on the port, side are two storage cabinets, one houses the helm area AC unit, and one is for storage, and the center cockpit has a large lazarette for access to the generator and storage. Along either side of the cockpit are molded steps up to the side decks. The side decks are wide and offer stanchions and handrails making maneuverability a breeze. The bow has a stainless-steel bow roller and windlass with up and down foot switches. Back to the cockpit and forward is the hard enclosure for the helm area. This allows you to relax or cruise in comfort in rain, heat or cold.

The engine compartment access is thru the helm deck hydraulic assist hatch. The engine compartment offers complete access to all sides of the engine and transmission with ample room for storage and maintenance. The helm deck is large, air conditioned and heated and very well appointed. Along the port side is a settee and small removable table (owner has original table with stanchion available). Along the starboard side is a molded fiberglass built-in wet bar with stainless steel sink and cold-water filtered faucet, ice maker and Corian countertop offers an excellent spot for charts and storage. Forward is the helm area with a raised helm seat on a pedestal. Helm visibility is outstanding with all gauges and instruments within easy reach. Outboard is the electrical panel and breaker switches for the batteries, windlass, and bow thruster. The center windshield opens for ventilation and there are two overhead hatches. The helm deck side windows are large. There are removable blue Sunbrella privacy and sun protecting curtains for the side windows and windshield.

Entry into the lower cabin is through a glass and stainless-steel sliding door. Down one step you enter the main cabin with the settee along the starboard side. An added table with bi-fold leaves and rotating base allow for easy use as a dinette or desk. Behind the cushion are storage areas. Outboard are storage cabinets and two stainless steel ports. To port is the L-Shaped galley area with Granite countertops, stainless steel sink and plenty of storage and food preparation area. An added shelf above the port side allows for even more storage. A custom stainless steel tiled shelf edge and backsplash have been added. Further forward and to port is the head access for day use. The door opens into the step through shower area into the head. There is also privileged access into the head in the master stateroom.

The master stateroom is all the way forward with a privacy door. The stateroom is large with a center-line queen berth and four under berth drawers. Additional storage beneath the mattress. Along the port and starboard side are storage cabinets, shelving, and built-in bookcases. A hanging locker is aft and to starboard and a storage cabinet and privileged access into the head is aft and to port.

The master stateroom is as large as a fifty-foot boat!

Galley:

Located down along the port side and across from the salon settee, the galley offers excellent countertop, food preparation and storage that will please the chef.
