Accommodation:

The beautiful owners’ cabin is forward with a centerline queen berth and plenty of storage outboard. Hanging lockers both port and starboard.

There are two heads forward. It's possible to convert one into a standalone shower. The current configuration allows for one head to be used by the owners and the other a day head.

The salon features a large dining table with new wraparound seating. The large settee is to port with a fold down cocktail table exposing a custom bar with bottle storage. Amazing natural light throughout.

The galley is to aft port.

“PITU” was built for the European market as a 220V boat. A transformer was installed here in the US. Shore power is 220V/60HZ and the transformer allows 110V/60HZ to the 17 outlets, the generator is set for 220V/60HZ like the A/C units etc.

The vessel was a 4 cabin 4 head layout - converted into an owner's layout. While in France the original owner had the 2 fwd. cabins converted to one. Can be converted back to 4 cabin layout. The fwd. cabin now has a custom bed, full size and his and her head with ample storage.

This vessel was never in charter.
