Micky's Dream has been the apple of her owners' eyes for the last 5 years. She was purchased brand new from us at YachtSalesInternational.com back in 2020 and has spent each hurricane season at a Hurricane Safe Facility in LaBelle, FL. When the owners bring her out for season, she is first taken for her yearly service. Micky's Dream is an incredible Cruising yacht with all the amenities to make you comfortable for longer trips at sea, including a joystick for easy docking.

She has an amazing nearly 7kw hours of battery capacity, allowing you to run the hotel load for days without the generator! Imagine using the refrigerator, washer/dryer, grill, entertainment and more while anchored in the Bahamas! Her 2020 11' Walker Bay tender will be ready for you to zoom around the islands with easy on and off boarding from her hydraulic swim platform.

She shows like new and is easy to see on the New River here in Fort Lauderdale.

VESSEL WALK THROUGH

The exterior of the Greenline 45 Fly exudes a remarkably sporty allure, accentuated by the elegant and streamlined wings at the rear of the flybridge. Its full-beam flybridge superstructure spans the entire width of the yacht, establishing itself as the largest in its class while providing shelter for the sidewalks and cockpit from both sun and rain.

The flybridge is designed for leisure, featuring generous lounge and sunbathing areas, a comfortable two-seater bench, and a helmsman's position, all complemented by a fully equipped wet bar. The 45 Fly now introduces an unprecedented option for a fixed Flybridge T-Top, significantly enhancing solar panel capacity and elevating the allure of outdoor entertaining. The main deck of the 45 Fly is meticulously crafted with your comfort and convenience in mind. The hydraulic bathing platform provides access to the cockpit from both sides of the spacious seating area. Accessible from the bathing platform, a generous toy storage space features a unique aft wet bar equipped with a barbecue, sink, and countertop illuminated for evening preparations, complete with cup holders to keep the chef refreshed at all times.

Connecting the cockpit and salon, the galley is a hallmark of Greenline Yachts' design philosophy, and the 45 Fly exemplifies this commitment. The salon boasts a U-shaped lounge area, complete with a settee oriented to starboard and a helmsman's position that includes a side door for effortless single-handed maneuvering.

Artfully designed cut-outs in the cap-rails enhance visibility from the VIP cabin located at the bow. Further forward, the bow deck features an additional sun lounge with an optional Bimini, alongside an anchor locker providing access to the anchor roller and windlass.

Perhaps the crowning feature of this yacht is the midship cabin, which boasts an island king-size bed and is adorned with expansive full-beam portholes, allowing for breathtaking views on both sides and an airy ambiance.
