EQUIPMENT:
COMMENTS: EMMA B (EX-WITCHERY) is a handsome 52' offshore trawler built in 1977 by Rumery's Boatyard for Mr. Rumery as his retirement vessel. Consequently, only the finest materials were used in her construction. Her present owner is only the fourth owner, which indicates what a fine handling, and truly comfortable and compatible liveaboard this vessel has been. Her layout includes three staterooms, two heads (one with a full-sized tub), a spacious "down" galley, space for a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer combo, and a comfortable main salon with a dining table which extends to seat 8-10. EMMA B's interior joinery is very pleasing satin-varnished mahogany. Her exterior finish is painted with varnished teak trim. Her present owner purchased her in 2018 and has done an extensive amount of work as detailed in this listing, such as new plumbing and wiring, new Webasto air conditioning and heat, new batteries, some new planks, keel bolts, complete new fiberglass over fir plywood superstructure, decks and cockpit with Awlgrip finish and so much more. We shall be pleased to get you aboard with notice.
