2002 Albin 45' KAOS

Entering the salon from the cockpit and down three steps you find the in-line galley to the port side. There is a large settee with Hi-Lo table to starboard. Moving forward you have the day head to port and the twin guest stateroom directly across to starboard. Slightly forward in the companionway you have the master stateroom with en-suite head. The guest head and master stateroom heads share a shower that is located in-between them on the port side. Topsides are very spacious with a large cockpit with forward facing molded in bench seat towards the transom and a Corian topped bait prep station with stainless steel sink forward to port. There is a hot and cold freshwater shower on the aft port-side gunnel. A molded step on either side of the forward cockpit lead to the side-decks that bring you to the bow area of the vessel. Both side-decks have an above average height and very sturdy stainless steel railing that will ensure very safe access to the forward section of the vessel. Also forward in the cockpit is the large five step stair assembly that leads to the spacious flybridge. The flybridge is well appointed with two Pompanette Signature Series Helm and Companion seats. Aft on the flybridge is a large L-Shaped bench seat with storage beneath. Sea Dek covers the flybridge and cockpit soles adding the the overall comfort of "KAOS".
