"Watercolours is an excellent example of a Trinity Yacht," said United broker Mark King. "She's made many re-fits and upgrades over the years including a complete re-powering in 2003 with the popular CAT 3412 1,400HP engines. You've really got to step on board to appreciate just how well she's been maintained."

Perhaps the most talked about feature on Watercolours is her massive aft deck space which is shaded by the flybridge and covered in teak. More than a dozen guests can comfortably sit and enjoy a gourmet meal at one of two large teak tables. The aft most table has a comfy bench seat with 4 chairs while the second table has L-shaped seating with more chairs. Starboard and forward of the curving staircase is a wet bar. The countertops are perfect for meal serving and can even be used as a buffet. Inside the wetbar is extra storage, a refrigerator, and an ice maker which was installed in 2015.

Additionally, the cockpit area is also a grand entrance to the water. The swim platform is offers a great space for getting scuba gear ready or a place to fish. Watercolours was outfitted with a circulating bait tank and ice maker for the cruising owner who also likes to get a little fishing in.

Moving up to the flybridge, you will find a massive area that takes full advantage of the yacht's 25' beam. When the hull of the yacht was originally extended, the flybridge was also made larger to provide the same amount of upper bridge space as much bigger yachts. The flybridge has plenty of seating, space for entertaining, a dining space with wet-bar, gas BBQ grill, and of course, the hot tub.

In 2015, several items were added to the bridge including the bimini top, the flybridge windscreen, a 2,000 lbs. Marquipt hydraulic davit, and a 17' Novurania inflatable boat.

The raised pilothouse on Watercolours is the command center of the yacht where your captain will be in complete control. Offering excellent sightlines, the pilothouse is loaded with navigational equipment stored in rich cabinetry. Many of the electronics were upgraded in 2015 such as the Nobeltex Navigation Computers, Maretron Fuel Monitoring Station, and a new AIS system.

Upon entering the main salon, you will immediately notice the extravagant use of exotic wood and decor. The flooring has the traditional luxury motor yacht feel with sapele wood laid next to insets of holly wood. Large windows line the port and starboard sides offering stunning views at cruise as well as natural light. Immediately to your right when entering the salon is a full bar with a beautiful onyx top. Everything you need for entertaining is here including a wine cooler, ice-maker, and plenty of storage for crystal flatwear. There is also a game table for electronics or board games placed starboard.

All of your guests will enjoy the abundance of seating, the exquisite details of the salon decor and furniture, as well as the LED lighting added in 2015. A Wifi System was also added throughout the yacht for your convenience.

The Trinity 115' features the popular country-style galley that can be used for professional chef demonstrations for entertaining or simply a quaint area for having meal with friends. The galley on Watercolours is large and extremely well-equipped to be able to feed all of your guests on board. Center in the galley is a large island with a beautiful copper sink, lots of storage, and a lunch counter with bar stools. All of the galley equipment is five-star quality for truly gourmet meals. Additionally, the crew have access to the galley from the crew quarters.

Watercolours can accommodate 8 guests throughout 4 spacious, double staterooms. In the forward part of the main salon, a staircase descends into the lower deck as you are greeted by a luxurious foyer with high-gloss wood. The master suite is placed midship and takes full advantage of the entire ship's beam. The king-sized berth is center and has nightstands on either side. Access to the luxurious bathroom is also on either side of the bed with his-and-her vanities. An over-sized shower is central between the two sides.

The VIP stateroom is placed forward and is equally as comfortable as the master. It features a queen-sized berth, en-suite head, an abundance of storage, and an entertainment center. The third and fourth guest cabins are identical in size, feature double berths, and have their own en suite bath.

Watercolours has many more upgrades and areas that have been re-fit in previous years. Please contact United broker Mark King at (239) 564-8080 for complete details and on the accessibility to this Trinity 115 Raised Pilothouse Motor Yacht.
