    ASSISTANCE WE PROVIDE OUR BUYERS:

  • Buy the right boat: We will help you determine which hull shape, engine and layout will best fit your needs by thoughtfully examining how you will actually use your new boat.

  • Find the right boat at the right price: We will sift through the thousands of brokerage boats available to locate only boats that will suit you and will fit within your budget parameters. We will then provide you with real time, accurate market prices on boats of interest.

  • The purchasing process: We will prepare the documents needed to contract a vessel, assist in acquiring qualified surveyors, arrange for financing and insurance, attend surveys and sea trials with our buyers, negotiate post-survey issues and assure a smooth closing as well as arrange for documentation or registration of your new vessel.

  • Delivery of the vessel and training: We will assist with the delivery of the vessel to your homeport if necessary and can provide training on your new vessel by a qualified captain if these services are needed.

      ASSISTANCE WE PROVIDE OUR SELLERS:

  • Price it right! We help sellers to avoid the single most disastrous mistake a seller can make – pricing your boat incorrectly.

  • Prepare the boat for market: We assist sellers in the preparation of their boat for the market. This means, from MANY years of experience, we can advise you how to spend money on your boat for a better return and how you should NOT spend your money because those expenses will not bring a favorable return.

  • Get your boat before the boat buying public: We prepare stunning brochures for each of our vessels. Our advertisements are found in all of the major boating magazines and, more importantly, all of the major websites that advertise boats.

  • The selling process: We prepare the legal documents for the purchasers, hold deposits in escrow trust accounts, attend the sea trial and survey of your boat, assist sellers with any post-survey issues and facilitate the closing.

  • Making it easy for the buyers makes it easy for the sellers: We assist buyers with financing, insuring and delivery. This not only helps the buyers but it helps the sellers by creating a safe, helpful environment to accommodate buyers of your vessel.
